 **PROPER CARE OF YOUR CUTTING TABLE** * Apply Lemon Oil for the first time to your brand new cutting table, and then repeat every 6 months or more often if needed. * You will need approximately 1 gallon of Lemon Oil for each 10 sections of table * It is best to do it with 2 people, one on each side of the table * Pour sufficient amount of oil on top of the table in the first section, and spread it through the whole section with small rags. * Repeat this procedure for next sections. As rags become saturated with oil, you will need to pour less oil on the table * After oil is absorbed into the table, clean the table with dry larger rags. * Clean off all oil that might have gotten on the spreading machine tracks
